Butacite® Laminated Glass
Versatility and protection: Used in automotive windshields since 1938, laminated glass with Butacite® interlayer is also extremely versatile in residential and commercial applications for skylights, atriums, partitions, curtain walls, doors, and even roofs. Glass laminated with Butacite® PVB (polyvinyl butyral) interlayer will not shatter; even if the glass if broken, the opening is not penetrated because glass fragments adhere to the interlayer.
